Our Purpose
To facilitate future and positive personal growth and social change through Prevention, Employment and Education programs that enrich and improve the lives of all teens, women and girls throughout in our communities and throughout the world.
FLU's Objective
To assist women and girls by giving them the resources they need to improve their lives, education, skills and job prospects.
FLU’s current activities include (1) raising awareness about sexual trafficking of women and girls in urban communities throughout the United States; (2) bringing an end to domestic violence through a campaign that targets domestic violence among female teens; and (3) addressing absent father syndrome by decreasing the proportion of girls growing up without fathers or male as positive role models and mentors.
