Seniors Helping Seniors Health and Wellness Program
Seniors Helping Seniors (SHS) is a Health and Wellness Program presented in partnership through Elijah's House and HHW School For The Performing Arts. Seniors Helping Seniors addresses the nutritional and physical fitness needs of senior citizens. Our Organizations are committed to your health and well being. That's why we developed a program to help you manage your medical condition and improve your quality of life.
